Starts off fresh, but velvety; obvious roast leads to maybe 85~90% dark chocolate, but with some kind of red fruit, cherry? the hops are strong, so maybe even cranberry or more like red currant! the more I taste the more raspberry there is :)

undoubtedly Guinness roast aromas and sweetness from the spirit; not thick though; after initial sweetness with malty hints, the hops dominate, but there is a lingering, sweet dark cherry undertone... until the next sip.
