First-ever beer I've consumed that is brewed with dandelions. Given it has been aging at least 5 years, I was expecting boozy funk, but it's mellow. I actually get a slight dandelion flavor. It's like basking in a sunny dandelion field in Belgium in June.

Overly carbonated; so much so that my mouth fills aggressively with fizz with each half sip, making it hard to drink smoothly, then in my stomach I feel the fizz expanding(-.25). Despite that, it's still a decent tasting beer.

I didn't find this beer all that enjoyable, and that's unfortunate because I tend to like Pale Fire beers and I love red ales. It was kinda ok. A burnt malt taste seems to hang on for a long time. Texture is oily.
