NZ grown Nelson Sauvin & Nectaron hops, pils malt and 34/70 yeast. Style guidelines for X5: New Zealand Pilsner say “haziness is a fault”. Perhaps have to dial back that 4g/l dry hop next time! Great soft peach and papaya fruit flavours from the hops.

“Kaputt” - This beer destroyed the element and melted the plug on my brew pot! Lots of yeast flavours. Pear and banana esters. Clove and a touch of oaky vanilla phenolics. Wheat, Pilsner and melanoidin malts. Hallertau Blanc hops. W-175 yeast.

New brewery for me, local to where I grew up. Hop flavour and aroma, strawberry. Light phenolic spice. Grainy malt. Dry light finish. Doesn’t have the citrus peel and spice you’d expect in a wit, hops dominate. Very tasty sessionable beer
