Amber ale, served well chilled. Clean gently sparkling pour. A bit of zesty citrus in light aroma. Taste adds a good hoppiness which brings a dominant bitter and slightly dry finish, but with an underlying sweet citrus base. Refreshing.

A really lovely dry cider, full of flavour and nicely strong. Perfect with paella, saffron potatoes & house salad followed by sticky toffee pudding. What a combination!
