Boysenberry swirled into the leathery cherry balsamic vinegar of the Oude Tart spin on the Flemish style. There's a good dose of the berry on the nose. The tartness of the berry also perks up the palate upfront and then melts away into the Oude Tart.

Eric Chase: This is reasonably fresh so the boysenberry is clear, but I could see the berry fading out in time with more age.
