Roast chestnuts drizzled with long-stewed mushed blackcurrant & generously dusted with earthy spice nose; taste is earthy, spicy (almost peppery) blackcurrant jam, puréed chick peas (really!) & grated lemon zest atop crumbled Bourbon biscuits (sans cream)
