Baixa espuma, mas persistente. Aroma de biscoito e torrado. Corpo medio, sabor bem macio na boca, puxando mais pro torrado e um pouco de café. Também um leve dulcor e amargor equilibrado. Retrogosto persistente. Uma delícia!
