Speckled Jim is drinking a Guinness Foreign Extra Stout by Guinness at Fairies Road
This is strange, not what I expected for a 7.5% Guinness. More sweet than bitter, with a flavour of brambles? I expected a complex dark liquorice/molasses experience. Not what I’d planned for the last ale of as a quinquagenarian. Very disappointing.
