Last can, as good as the first. Grapefruit, peach, nectarine, pineapple, pear, white grape. Pronounced bitterness, touch of earthiness, lovely malty sweet underpinning. I must get back to Stowe in the spring to visit The Alchemist again.

Flavorful, rich, relatively lightweight. Dark chocolate, some coffee, sweet but not overdone. Unfortunately, served way too cold. Even by the end, it was still hard to pick up the subtleties.
