Very dark, nearly black, with lots of thick head, pours slowly. Scent has some cherry and is lightly yeasty, in a good way. A bit raw malty, but nice, taste, a bit of cherries is in there. Aftertaste is a bit bitter, in a good way, with some sweetness.
