Really smooth, balanced, not too sour or too sweet, definitely citrus & you can tell it has a complexity of flavors in there but none really dominate the each other. Good! Maybe a tad floraly?

I'd love to do a side by side with the normal blueberry, this one is true to its name in flavor. It's tart/soury up front but not overwhelming & aftertaste that's got a pleasant pastry-like vanilla? note. Overall fruity. A real solid sour
