Astringent nose, cheesy funky all sorts of wild nose. Dry dry upfront, cider like, bitter finish but crisp and fruity honey funk all on it's own. Carby, bubbly love. Quite like this even though it isn't aged much. If I had a lambic basket maybe a 4.5.
