Aucune carbo. Nez fruit de la passion. Le goût est aussi fortement tourné vers la passation. L'acidité typique sponta rehausse le breuvage qui finit sur une note légèrement boisée. Je ne sens pas le Rhum par contre. Le tout est très bon.
