Benedikt Kutz, Urvater des Keler Bieres, und Bruder Klaus wollten die berühmte Ulmer Braukunst nach Amerika tragen. Gekommen sind sie bis ins Baskenland, wo sie mit viel Sinn fürs Praktische eine Brauerei bauten und ein Schwesternpaar ehelichten.
