Red Aylor is drinking The Substance by Bissell Brothers Brewing Company at Barley & Salt Tap House and Kitchen
Can’t say I agree with Ebenezer Scrooges’ logic on the “honest pursuit of substance”, however, *this* Substance was well worth the honest pursuit! Well rounded, chewy, and a bit green, it makes for a grand post-shift brew. Cheers, drink and be merry! 🍻🎄

Red Aylor is drinking a Nighttime Frozen Parking Lot by Saco River Brewing Co. at Saco River Brewing Taphaus
Delightfully smooth, slightly sweet, and immaculately balanced. The beer is almost as good as the company provided from the other side of the bar. I see why Saco River came so highly recommended! Cheers 🍻❄️

Red Aylor is drinking a 603 IPA by 603 Brewery at Muddy Moose Restaurant & Pub
Pretty good pint, with pretty good decor here at the Muddy Moose. Getting closer to Christmas, so a little liquid levity should make it easier to celebrate in this new and strange place. Cheers 🍻

Red Aylor is drinking The Duchess by Tuckerman Brewing Company at Tuckerman Brewing Company
Batton the hatches, man the harpoons, and launch the second line cannons 🏴☠️ this is a fine stout, it too heavy and not too light. Definitely worthy of the regal nature of its name. Cheers 🍻

Incredibly green, I wasn’t here for the Ice Storm of ‘98 but I imagine it was more white than green. Still, the brew stands strong on the finish allowing the green to fade into a nice subtle flow with the malt. Enjoyable. Cheers! 🍻
