A: Nice clear golden yellow. Bubbly head. S: hay, stone fruit, peppercorn, bit of wood. T: wheatgrass, floral notes, light tart stone fruit. Brett, wood M: light, effervescent and super dry on finish. O: Lovely beer, very drinkable. Delicate and complex.
