期待が大きかった分ちょっとガッカリしたが旨いよ。ただハイアルコールばかり際立ってモルトやホップ感が隠れてしまって勿体なく感じる。アルコール感だけ飛び抜けていて、せめてあと1つ飛び抜けてる個性があればバランス良くなるか。

酵母をまるく感じるのは少しの小麦が包んでいるからだろう。ドライホッピングしたかのようなホップの香りが口に残る。飲み易さのなかにホップもしっかり香るバランスが良い！
