This is probably the driest non-Irish stout I've ever had. The chocolate notes are very roasty and bitter, followed by a more mellow barrel heat. You feel every bit of that booze though. I'd like a little sweetness to balance it out.

Feb. 2016 bottle. Huge raspberry jam bomb with loads of funk and tannin notes throughout. A touch of oxidation in the nose, but otherwise unnoticeable. Finishes strong and not overly tart. Another great Fonta wild!

Quick little pit stop before leaving this little mountain town! Color doesn't exactly scream "milkshake IPA" to me. Some nice orange citrus notes, but more bitter and dry than I expected. Not my favorite of the style, but pretty ok.

A nice trip into the mountains today! This is a great dose of vanilla inside a nice light bodied porter. Sweetness and roastiness are kept in check while keeping the ABV at an almost crushable low. Outstanding!
