Very rich, slightly nutty, clearly BA, some not too dark chocolate, maple syrup (without really being sweet) and some notes of bourbon. Some, but not overpowering, licorice in the aftertaste. Quite thick and very good integration of the alcohol.

Jannik Bjerg: It has just a hint of soy (which I'm quite sensitive to - and dislike), but it's not too much of a problem here (even though it gets more pronounced when the beer warms up).
