New vs old. Meteen worden twee dingen duidelijk: oud is ruim over de top, maar nog steeds veel beter dan nieuw. Een donkere diepe roast met een hintje bittere koffie en cacao. Heel subtiel zurig, vol met donker fruit. Zoete vijgen, dadels en rozijnen.
