胡椒的添加带来了香料特有的热感，有姜啤的感觉，但味道更鲜活精致，这归功于发酵带来的复杂风味。可惜当时已经喝了太多。其实姜啤比无酒精啤酒好得多，可以作为啤酒的代品。所谓无酒精啤酒，都是剥去了血肉的骷髅罢了。
