2nd half of bottle 48 hours later. No fall-off at all. Yellow plums, cacao & cold brew coffee; minerals; subtle but complex. Won’t develop much more, but also won’t die tomorrow. Very tasty - as is the Cab Sauv and the blended Scotch ☺️
