Batch 2. Still lots of vibrant citrus, lemon zest n mild funk on t/nose. Tastewise I reckon beautiful notes of citrus, tart green apples, lemon zest n a fistful of grapefruit-peel. All good, but somehow a bit more muted n insipid in light of batch 1.
