Beautiful interaction of grapes n cassis elevated by a smooth presence of brettanomyces, tannins, aromatics n a smooth woody touch from the barrels. Elegant stonefruity esters appeared gently as warmth hit the glass. Well-balanced tartness n acidity.

Malt sweetness, biscuity flavor profile with a light caramel touch to it along with fruity yeasty esters and a grassy and gently spicy hop profile. Calm carbo, medium to full bodied, lingering bitterness, warm boozy tingle throughout.

Malt accented, crisp and clean. Bready and crackery with plenty of solid bitterness. Floral, citric and grassy hoppiness coming through. Medium bodied and lively carbo. Great pilsner!
