The dress is golden and deep. The foam is fine and airy. The bouquet is very fragrant; it clearly distinguishes the influence of aromatic hops, as well as the contribution of a fruity note (citrus), conferred by the use of spices. The body is marked by an intense but distinctive bitterness and a dominant malty expressing itself by its fullness in the mouth. The finish is however dry and hoppy. All of these features make it an excellent digestive beer.

St-Feuillien Quadruple is a very dark and dense beer. She is noticeably alcoholic. She dis- tinguishes herself by a complex and finely caramelized aroma and with shades of Madeira wine and candied fruit and an intense touch of fermentation esters (banana type). A slight hoppy smell (English style) completes the whole. The mouth is long with a powerful body built on the density and generous apparent extract. The bitterness is present but sweet and blends harmoniously with the malty structure. The selection of special malts raises the chocolate side with the nuances of coconut. The saturation is average. St-Feuillien Belgian Coast is a light IPA, dark golden in colour with subtle hints of orange and a firm, white head. Belgian Coast IPA boasts an unrivalled range of aromas. The main one comes from hops in all its forms. It has a complex character, with fruity, citrus notes alongside floral and herbal flavours with a slightly resinous dimension. The bitterness is both intense and diverse. Belgian Coast IPA is the perfect combination of two brewing traditions, where the aim is to create a beer that brings together the intensity and bitterness of an American IPA with a certain level of lightness and balance. 7 varieties of Belgian and American hops have been selected to create this beer : Brewer’s Gold, Magnum, Fuggles, Northern Brewer, Mosaic, Citra and Cascade. The St-Feuillien FIVE has a pale blond colour, clear and bright. It has a strong sparkling character with fine bubbles and a white, fine and stable foam. The nose is fresh and hoppy with delicate fruity hints (fermentation esters) empowered by nuances of citrus zests (curacao). The taste starts off sweet and slightly malty. Afterwards, a slight bitterness comes in place but never becomes too dominant. As a whole, the taste is well-balanced. It is round and full-bodied. The post-bitterness is fine, pleasant and long.

The St-Feuillien Five is a light and refreshing blond beer with its capacity as thirst quencher as main quality. Easy to drink, it charms the consumer in a natural way by combining lightness and digestiveness. Read Less

The St-Feuillien Quadruple Oak Wood Aged is a very dark and dense brown beer. It is distinguished by a complex malty aroma with nuances of Madeira wine and candied fruit as well as an intense touch of fermentation esters (banana-like fruity aroma). The infusion of French oak chips during laying down enriches the beer with woody nuances of vanilla, caramel and coconut, and blends harmoniously with a light hoppy bouquet. The palate is long and powerful with a robust body. The bitterness is present but sweet. The maceration of the oak shavings highlights the natural qualities of the product, fullness in the mouth and smoothness. La mousse est bien blanche, fine et aérienne ; elle s’éclate en dentelles. D’une couleur blond très pâle, la robe est remarquable par sa limpidité et sa brillance. Le nez est une cascade d’arômes de houblons parsemée de notes fruitées, alliant tout à la fois subtilité et richesse. Au goût, la première gorgée est d’abord légère et contrastée, puis se découvre une amertume longue, pleine de nuances et flatteuse (dry hopping).
