Rodebak

Rodebak makes organic farmhouse ales. Inspiration comes from friends, living overseas and ancestral farmhouse brewing. Historically the Rodebak mountain farm had its own field of barley, juniper, hops and wellwater. The old wellwater is replaced by our mountain virgin spring water and the brewery sources excellent organic craft malts and organic hops directly from a belgian farmer. A portfolio has also been developed with pre industrial craft floor malted malts which are only sourced from the region. All beers are fermented with a house yeast. The revived Rodebak brewery makes unfiltered, bottle/kegconditioned, fresh, flavorful and organic ales -There is a reason for what we do, this is what our grandparents drank, before it was called, localy sourced, unfiltered or organic.
