2-18-15.Interesting aroma, suggestions of linseed oil, earthy/rooty ginger, molasses. Flavours of brown bread, raw ginger (without being soapy), subtle vanilla, marzipan. Most surprising is the heat (presumably from the ginger?)

A twist on the winter warmer style. Strong ginger taste up front with nice vanilla flavor on the back end. Oak and rum add nice complexity.
