They hardly make them like this anymore. Mildly effervescent, not overly tart oak barrel aged sour that reminds me very much of one of my favorite Flanders reds, Rodenbach. Originally bottled in 2015. What a delight to enjoy. Cheers everyone!

Surprisingly mellow after a nice, brief, initial tart kick. One of the better aromas I’ve had from a Sour. Fantastic!! This’n is a 2015. Definitely recommend.
