Overripe peach. 2 years in the "cellar" probably wasn't ideal for this guy, but it still holds up decently well! Mead character ain't huge. Just like an old peach beer. But good!

8-14-14 at the brewery. Medium golden, medium viscosity, light carbonation. Aroma and flavour of peaches and honey. Sweet but not artificial tasting, the carbonation is low but nice. By far the best mead from these guys that I’ve tried
