Curiosity Four

The fourth installment in the Tree House Curiosity Series. This riff is constructed with a straightforward malt bill of pale and caramel malts along with an addition of dextrose to further dry out the finish. We added fresh squeezed Ruby Red grapefruit juice and zest to the boil to complement massive additions of Simcoe and Amarillo hops. We then finished the beer with two rounds of dry hops including a 22% addition of Australian Galaxy. A true citrus bomb of a beer that we are completely in love with. Show Less
