As an experiment, I had this little one in storage, best before on the bottle is Aug last year. Changes since it was fresh: lots of raisins and less carbonation. Subtle smoke is still there. Can't say this beer improved from cellaring.

Bf 08/2021. Mycket rökig doft, med vissa karamell- och fikontoner. Smaken är också tydligt rökig, mer än tidigare. Därtill en hel del karamellkola, torkad frukt och rågbröd. Fyllig, söt och jättegod! Påminner genuint om Aechts Eiche.
