For a bottle so old this was still great. I smelled berries on the nose. Tasted fruit and raisin and coffee and chocolate. All the good stuff.

5 years was probably a bit too long to hold this one. It’s nice but carbonation has fallen off and it has some hints of oxidation. Still enjoyable as a cellared stout but not improved at this point.
