On est clairement loin de la 3.0 que j’avais noté 4.75 il y a 2 ans, saison belge sauvage, un peu boisé mais aucune barrique, très, très florale, un peu d’herbes boréales, un classique revisité si on veut, j’aurais été curieux d’y goûter fraîche
