Gin And Tonic Gose

The Gose style is traditionally brewed using salt, coriander, and Lactobacillus bacteria but this version has a twist. We dropped the coriander and captured the essence of a Gin & Tonic to create the most uniquely refreshing beer for our hot Louisiana summer days. The salt adds a softness that smooths the tart/sour character while complementing the flavor of quinine and lime. A unique take on a classic summer cocktail conceptualized in beer form. Simply refreshing.
