This held up really well. Coffee and chocolate and bourbon, yum yum. Smells almost green pepper-y but that doesn’t come through in the flavor at all. The coffee is nice and roasty and smooth

This one is definitely oxidized. Metallic flavors from the first pour. Dumped a bunch and drank from the bottom and it was a bit better. Bitter coffee and cocoa with some maple sweetness and barrel. Imagine it would have been great fresh
