Murky black. A bit hot on opening with a punchy whisky aroma. Mellowed to a smooth sipper over a few minutes. Missed the 11th anniversary with this until I spotted it recently. One more to come next year!

Damp wood and chocolate on the nose. Whisky soaked raisins, drizzled in dark chocolate with a background woody barrel and dark fruits as it warms. A lovely, complex and interesting beer from a brewery I’ve never had before (and probably will never again)
