Pulled from the cellar c.2016. Held up pretty darn well! Chocolate, tootsie rolls and toffee. A little bit of heat from the chili peppers comes through at the back of the throat over time. Little bit of oxidation works well with the other flavors

(2015) Still pretty nice. Kinda sweet. Kinda " off balance" -y-ish but super smooth. Not hint of any chili pepps. Never would have aged it this long but here we are. Would love to know what yeast this was. Really held up well.
