Embrasse Sour

Coupage from a 3 years barrel aged dark ale and a matured pale
ale with wheat.
The result brings balanced sourness in a light clear brown color
ale. In mouth appear light toasted flavour combined with hazelnut
and fruity notes.

Ingredients Malts: Extra Pale Maris Otter, Viena, Munic II, Cystal, Chocolate,
Wheat, CaraPils and flaked Oat
Hops (kettle): Saaz, Northern Brewer, Summit, Willamette
Yeast: English Ale and Wheat WB
