Yellow Giraffe

Yellow Giraffe (if you know, you know) is a new experimental ale we think you're going to love as much as we do. We wanted to make a beer that tasted as close as possible to our favorite Mexican drink, Horchata, so we brewed a 8% experimental strong ale with a ton of rice and oats and then added vanilla bean and cinnamon sticks. Expect an incredibly decadent and thick body full of creamy rice goodness, vanilla complexity and sweet cinnamon. The result has exceeded any of our expectations on a Pie Thief kind of level and I think this one will be entering our regular rotation. Show Less
