My 5th homebrew, done Autumn 2013 using about 2 litres of pureed red grapes from the Show More

Against all expectations this grape saison is actually becoming rather nice. Almost drainpoured the lot a few months back.

Dumped that last beer. Ick. This, my dodgiest homebrew saison is better.

Time has done wonders for this. Six months ago I was expecting to drainpour the lot due to a nasty acetic twinge. It's gone, beer's OK.
