Last one before I open up the 2018’s. These mellow quickly so drink new & don’t age. All the spices are fading. The heat is still there from the 3 different chili 🌶’s. Still a stellar brew.

Aged just over 1 yr from born date. All the flavors have mellowed which is a shame. Good beer but not great as it’s former self. Tough to know it is a pumpkin beer if blindfolded.
