병을 열자 피어오르는 시큼쿰쿰한 향. 피조아? 과일이라고 짐작되는 향. 헤드는 없다시피 함. 잔 건너편이 들여다보일 정도로 투명한 밝은 금색. 뽀글뽀글 올라오는 탄산. 적당한 산미와 펑키함, 옅게 깔리는 와인 배럴의 우디함. 키위와 파인애플, 청사과를 적당히 섞은 것 같은, 피조아라고 짐작되는 과일의 맛. 경쾌한 탄산감, 끝에 남는 꼬릿한 짚더미와 가죽 느낌. 크게 튀는 맛 없이 적절한 밸런스와 가벼운 듯 꽉 찬 맛으로 만족스러운 한 병이었음. 4.3.
