Wilbur Rauchbier

Wilbur Raucbier is based on the classic beers from the Bamberg region of Germany. Dark gold to light brown in colour with a compact head.

It has an aroma of smoked sausage and bacon with a touch of mustiness and light fruit – with the flavour coming from malts we've smoked ourselves in our kitchen smoker.

The flavour is a balance of sweet malt and smoke with a lingering smoked sausage/bacon finish.
