Mo' Citra NEIPA (DDH No1)

Vest Side Brewing's first in-house NEIPA recipe, featuring equal parts of Motueka, Mosaic and Citra. These hops are famous for that stone fruit, tropical flavour that helps characterise the NEIPA style.

The hot side additions were whirlpooled to avoid too much bitterness, and in the fermentation tank we double dry hopped at 10.43g per litre.

The grain bill is Pilsen Malt, Wheat, Oats and Cara Crisp, which allowed the hops to shine through without too much maltiness; the wheat and oats give a fantastic mouthfeel and provide a nice level of haze.

Overall, our NEIPA has a full mouth feel, with stone fruit and tropical flavours, low carbonation and an ABV that means you can have a few more than normal :-) Skål! Show Less
