Well as a non sour fan this was not super tart, with some subtle fruit on the palate. The smell is very deceiving with a bold fruit nose of pear and honey. The taste is pretty plane jane and so its a flop for me.

Very good but this one does have a more pronounced Brett aroma and taste. Earthy, tangy with a spinach/kale aftertaste. Brewed with red wheat from a country I don't want to recognize and wild nettles. Unique

Interesting beer. Maybe a touch sweeter than my typical preference, but all the flavors work together really well. No idea what stinging nettles taste like, but I’ll take their word for it. Recommended.

Kenji Wilkinson: Initial aroma light and sweet, somewhat herbal. First impression: root beer barrel hard candies, but with more herbs. As it warms, the Candy aroma closer to maybe nougat.
Kenji Wilkinson: Initial taste is lightly sweet. Medium acid (actually starts lighter but it does build as I drink.) Mystery herbs, some spice. A bit of leather.
Kenji Wilkinson: Tart earthy finish. Not bitter.
Kenji Wilkinson: Honestly can’t come up with flaws. Maybe could use a bit more aroma?
