The Saint

We don't know for sure if our Denis behaved himself in college. But we do know that when your last name is De St. Aubin, you get a cool nickname like the Saint. We "named" our first Pislner after him since he's such a big fan of the style. Crisp, refreshing, light in body but still complex, this guy has a slight grainy sweetness from German malt and moderate bitterness from German Noble Hops. Best enjoyed on the porch as we start to hit the Spring weather! Show Less
