Pilsner

A classic Pilsner in the northern German tradition, a little bit more bitter and dryer than the southern cousins.
Pilsner stems from the Czech city of Pilsen, where this king of lager beers was invented in the I SOOs to end a revolt against bad local beer. A Bavarian brewer created a pale golden, delicately bittered lager. So good that it eventually became Europe's favorite beer.
