Sourness, lots of berries and granola in the aroma. Taste has a good deal of tartness, lots of berries, granola and vanilla all coming through. Not nearly as sour as the aroma indicated. The body is medium+ with medium carbonation. 3.5/5

Ascension Brewing Company: "Parfait Sour" is one of our OG sour brands. THICC: Parfait is simply a seltzer based on the same adjuncts. Hope that helps!
