Is That A Drone? No Kelby, It's A Slice of Gouda

In collaboration with Kelby and Phil, we brewed this clone of Russian River's Blind Pig. Pale and Wheat Malt extract with Cara-Pils and Crystal Malts and a mix of Chinook, Casacade, and Centennial Hops. A late addition of cheese was added by Phil. No, not on purpose. He had one job, to stir the fucking pot. He needed a god damned snack in the middle of his fifteen minute job. He ate cheese and crackers over the fucking brew kettle and then dropped some in.
