Cinderella's Evil Wet Twin Sisters Double IPA

This is a Wet hopped version of my regular Cinderella Twin Double IPA. Made with the addition of 25 pounds of freshly picked hops from Paonia, Co. to create a palate smacking treat (like a big wet dog kiss!). So many double IPA’s can be way too sweet so I decided to put together a double that has all of the attributes that I love in a double. This is very large beer that was developed by taking our Tuileries IPA and putting it on steroids. An English Style Double India Pale Ale balances on the tongue, not so hop forward like many American doubles. Brewed with English Maris Otter, Crisp 60 Crystal, 2 times the Columbus and East Kent Golding Hops then brought to life with my beloved Burton Ale Yeast. Then dry hopped in the brite tank for 2 weeks with even more whole cone Columbus hops from Paonia, Colorado.
